GTI International 2013 – Shakespeare County Raceway

The next edition of GTI International (2013) is due to be held at the Shakespeare County Raceway. The decision to change venue is due to the terrible accident at last years show at the Bruntingthorpe Proving ground, during one of the 1/4 mile runs a SEAT Leon lost control and drove into the crowd, needless to say injuring people. Thankfully there were no lives lost. Shakespeare County raceway are well known for having their own permanent drag strip and have pumped a lot of money into the venue in the last few years making it one of the best strips around.

The new venue provides a much safer setting, with it being a permanent fixture and hosting such events on a daily basis.

As always…. TDISport will again be attending the show, with their own club stand.

We are hoping that by gathering interest and making visitors and members aware of our plans we can have a record TDISport turnout at the show. Do not fear… your car certainly does not need to be show standard, it is more a case of showing your support to the TDISport car club and helping them push the club to the next level.

The show will be held over the weekend of 6th/7th July 2013, at Shakespeare County Raceway, Long Marston Airfield, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Warwickshire, CV37 8LL
