Or perhaps they had to be removed to let a tonka truck on the track to do a time trial?

Has anyone been to the Nurburgring? I race there often in a GT40 or a GT-R Skyline, occasionally i whip out the Golf Mk2 for some retro fun, i can lap in 9.35 in the Mk2 although only on the Playstation 3 :(

I got the 80gb PS3 so im playing all my old PS2 games, GT4 is what im playing to get on The Ring, either that or i use my mates PC for GTR Evolution and Race 07 with the steering wheel and pedals. Great fun, bordering on geeky though.

The 80GB plays them too? That really annoys me, they bring out the 60GB PS3 to start with and call it a limited edition, Now... all that appears to be limited about it is that it has 4 USB ports and the card readers on the front and it being all nice and shiney. Where as at the time the other models couldn't play the PS2 games.

OH hang on the 80gb is the newest UK one isnt it, i bought a new 60gb when they first came out, the so called limited edition one. I had heard that the processor and Blue Ray optical lens is different in the 60gb version plus the fancy chrome and 4 usb ports(not that i use them).

Yeah 80gb is the new one.
Ive never used all the USB ports at one time, perhaps only 2. I've use the card reader though.

i've finally decided to get the ps3 in the xmas sales, well ok, the wife's finally said i can have one

the annoying thing is tho, you can only get the 80 gig now nowhere else seems to sell any of the other machines. excuse my ignorance if there's a reason for this other than to keep the price slightly elevated. can you not play ps2 games on the 80 gig, i've been told i can??

does gt prologue not have the ring??
